Scott is focused on helping our clients using his extensive experience with PADEP’s underground storage tank regulations and PADEP’s Act 2 (voluntary land recycling program) regulations .
He is highly skilled in the planning and execution of remedial investigations for a variety of contaminants in a wide range of geologic settings, performing third-party technical reviews of environmental insurance claims, evaluating risks to human and ecological receptors, performing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and designing and overseeing operation of remediation systems.
