Scott is focused on helping our clients using his extensive experience with PADEP’s underground storage tank regulations and PADEP’s Act 2 (voluntary land recycling program) regulations .

He is highly skilled in the planning and execution of remedial investigations for a variety of contaminants in a wide range of geologic settings, performing third-party technical reviews of environmental insurance claims, evaluating risks to human and ecological receptors, performing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and designing and overseeing operation of remediation systems.

United Environmental is proud to announce that our Environmental Compliance Manager is now certified by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) to perform UST system inspections and audits in the state of Maryland.

A great client asked for us to acquire the MDE UST Inspector certification in order for us to continue our UST system inspection services for them south of the Pennsylvania border.  If you require more information regarding UST inspection services in Pennsylvania, or Maryland,  please give us a call and ask for Mark.

We are looking for a Professional Geologist to join our team to take on both existing, and new projects. The ideal Geologist will be responsible for Writing Proposals, Scheduling (and performing some) Field Work, Site Characterization, Remediation, and Reporting, all while keeping health, safety and budgetary considerations in mind.  Headquartered out of our new office building in Schuylkill Haven, PA we are very flexible and experienced with having our people work from home.
